The disk image holds the app; drag it to Applications. Virtual Cables are installed from inside the app, which asks for your password once.

Good to know
Virtual Cable Support, which makes the virtual cables appear as audio devices, is installed from inside the app with one Windows administrator approval. On macOS the same card installs our signed audio plug-in behind one password prompt.
Close Soundweave before installing a new version by hand. In-app updates handle that for you.
Soundweave plugin for Stream Deck
Stream Deck software 6.9 or newer, on Windows.
Four actions: toggle mute, fader and dial, toggle route, and load profile. On Stream Deck +, the dial changes a fader and the touch strip shows the level. The plugin is free and needs Soundweave running on the same PC.

Add it to Stream Deck
- Open the plugin's page on the Elgato Marketplace and install it. The Stream Deck software installs the plugin.
- Drag one of the four Soundweave actions onto a key, or put Fader / dial on a Stream Deck + dial.
- Pick the strip, bus, route or profile in the action settings.

Get your key
We e-mail the key to the address you paid with. Never send a full card number or your licence key by e-mail.
Paste it in Soundweave
Open Settings › Licence, paste the key and activate. That is it.

Can I keep using Soundweave for free?
Yes. Every feature works in the free edition. After the first 30 days Soundweave shows a periodic reminder, and a licence removes it.
What happens when I change PCs?
Each licence allows two transfers to a new PC. Reactivating on the same PC does not use one.
Do I need an account?
No. Your licence key arrives by e-mail and you activate it in the app.
Does the licence expire?
Never. If your PC has been offline for a very long time, Soundweave may ask you to connect to the internet once to confirm your licence.
Where can I ask about a purchase?

What does Soundweave send about me?
No audio, ever. A short list of what the optional usage statistics and problem reports contain is in the privacy notice.
