Free edition
Soundweave is intended to remain usable for free with its mixing features available. After an initial 30-day period, the app may periodically pause Soundweave audio and controls during a support reminder. The user can continue free after the displayed countdown. Sound from other products is outside Soundweave's control.
Optional paid licence
A one-time payment provides one active PC licence that removes Soundweave's support reminders. Every amount above the checkout minimum has the same licence effect. The licence is linked to a pseudonymous device identifier. Same-PC reactivation is allowed, and two self-service transfers are included, confirmed through the purchase email. The licence entitlement does not have a recurring fee. A locally signed certificate is refreshed online periodically; the app returns to the free edition if a certificate expires without renewal, and its mixing features remain available.
Your licence is forever. All updates of Soundweave 1.x and earlier are included. If there is ever a paid version 2, your licence keeps working with the version you have. A purchase supports development of Soundweave.
Price and delivery
Checkout uses Stripe and lets the buyer choose a one-time amount from €9.99. Stripe displays the payable total, including any applicable tax, before payment. A licence key is emailed after payment is confirmed; it is entered in Soundweave's Settings → Licence page. There is no website account. If delivery does not arrive, contact Arkbyte using the purchase email.
Refunds and consumer rights
We do not offer additional change-of-mind refunds as a voluntary policy. Applicable consumer rights, including any statutory withdrawal and digital-content rights, still apply and are not limited by these terms. Contact soundweave@arkbyte.dev if a licence is not delivered, does not work, or you wish to exercise a legal right. A full refund or payment dispute prevents future licence renewals and transfers; an already issued offline certificate may remain valid until its expiry. The free edition remains usable.
Problems and contact
For purchase or activation problems, email soundweave@arkbyte.dev from the purchase address. Never send a full card number or licence key by email. If licence email delivery fails, Arkbyte will reconcile the payment and arrange delivery or a refund.
